Buddy, Koko and Kyndra are youth entrepreneurs that founded their successful Menehunes.net YouTube channel in May, 2015.
Collin Kobayashi is an expert and product design, rapid prototyping and manufacturing. He also is the co-founder of the Startup Connector manufacturing accelerator.
Monica Umeda is the co-founder of Akabotics and our chief engineer. She helped to design an autonomous robotic dredger, kinda like a huge Roomba for waterways.
Kari Leong is an educator and current PhD candidate with a dissertation focus on youth entrepreneurship. She is also a Telly Award winning TV producer and host for the Greater Good TV show that ran on CBS/KGMB9. A published author, Kari was the SBA Small Business Journalist winner for Region IX. She also runs a successful import and distribution business called Bubble Tea Supply.
