Description

The 2017 WTBC Casper Start-Up Challenge is a business competition for people interested in starting a company in the Casper Area. Applications will be accepted from January 27th through May 1st. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to attend the first two mixers which will be held at the WTBC Casper Area Incubator on March 14th and April 13th.

Finalists will give a 20 minute presentation to a panel of judges. Judges will have 10 minutes to ask questions after the presentation. The panel will select the top three finalists who will each receive $5,000 and will be qualified to apply to a $50,000 seed fund.

In all cases, WTBC recommends at least a preliminary meeting with a WTBC staff member prior to the application deadline. Overall, counsel from WTBC or outside advisors is strongly encouraged throughout the Casper Start-Up Challenge.
